TERMS OF SERVICE.

General

  • We will only start working on your commission once we have received your files and payment

  • You will be asked to pay 75% of the full payment upfront, and the remaining 25% after confirming the final product

  • All prices listed are for personal use only

  • Commercial use will be subject to an additional fee of 50% of the base price

  • Payment will be in USD and will be done through Paypal invoice

  • Rush fees will be applied to any commissions that have deadlines sooner than our listed turn-around-time (3-4 months)

  • You may request 2 revisions for each part of the production process (art, mix, anim), further revisions will be subject to an additional fee of 15$

  • Refunds will not be given unless there is an exceptional circumstance with either the client or any of the guild members

  • You may post the final product on your social media, but please refrain from posting separate elements (i.e. just the art or just the mix)

Art

  • Cal will draw:

    • OC/Fanart/Yume

    • Shipping & Pairings

    • NSFW/Mild gore

    • Detailed pieces

    • Simple backgrounds

  • Cal will not draw

    • Hateful/Racist/Homophobic content

    • IRL portraits

    • Extreme gore

    • Mecha

    • Furry & animals

    • Background-centric pieces

  • If you have a specific concept in mind please make sure to provide clear references for Cal to work from

  • Works are not allowed to be used for NFTs or any aligned purposes

Mix

  • Please provide both the on and off vocal tracks for the song you are singing together with your vocal files

  • If you are singing a pitched version of the song please make sure the on and off vocal files you prodive are in the right key

  • Vocal tracks should provided in mono .wav format - any overlapping lines should be in a separate file

  • Kai✮ will not work with filtered instrumentals, please make sure that the instrumental track you provide is HQ

  • Please bare in mind that there is only so much that can be done in terms of certain types of mic qualities

  • Kai✮ will not ask for retakes so please make sure the tracks you provide are your best takes

  • If you personally wish to do any retakes any point after Kai✮ has started to work on the mix you may be charged a small additional fee (this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis)

  • If you have any specific requests for the mix please let us know when you place your order

Animation

  • Base prices cover a simple puppetted lyric video (unless it is Stella Package)

  • Upgrades for complex animation are available as add-ons for Sol Package and Luna Package

  • If you have any specific requirements for the animation please make sure to let us know when you first place your order
